Dr. Redford’s address dealt with the history and aims of the organization, which is a junior brunch of the National Educa tional Association. The FTA Chapter at SOCE being one of the first to organize after the na tional junior branch was estab lished. it has received recognition from the national office for its early and continued activity, ac cording to Dr. Redford Bernice McMartin of Red Bluff.
